what if my paypal is no yet verified?

i am 17 y/o and usually earn money from Linkbucks and Sharecash (well i fairly get $25 in sharecash a week and $3 dollars a week in linkbucks.) (check the site if you want to by clicking it.)

can i donate even my paypal is not verified?
i still don't have a bank account but i have already a money in my paypal. (my money is from the payouts by linkbucks and sharecash)
