First of all, I want to introduce my self. My name is Lester , 15 yrs old. I've been hired as an Event GM at the RO I played last year. But we have some problem issues there with the players, and with my co-admin so I leaved. So.. now, I'm searching a good and qualified server and I found this... PsRO.. My Good Qualities: I'm Patient, Honest, Loyal, and Friendly. I am a good player in the game. I'm an active person in-game or in the forum, I have a lot of ideas about Events that I can host in the server, and I'm good when it comes to editing Loading Screen Backgrounds.
My Worst Qualities: I'm easily irritated with the people who messaging me useless things like asking my number, and my other personal info's. I'm not expert when it comes to database, but I'm willing to learn and ready to listen for the tutorials given by the mentor.

I can solve situations in the game about Player's as usual problems. I can know who are lying and who are saying the truth by the following players reporting to me. If you don't mind we have a family Computer Shop business so I assure you that I can Online Actively. If ever I'll be hired here as a GM, of course I will choose to be a friendly GM because I think that is the word, which every person keep searching on but I'm strict when it comes to the rules and regulations implied to have a good and better management.
