| my opinion.. i like 198 xD but 199 was too overpower for some class
in here, 197 make some class as whitesmith lower they power, im not sure about the others job i just know how to use wsmith well in pvp mode, and i try 197 its huge different
some more.. 198 will never make server lag/delay bcoz this server is less then 100 player...
197 with 198 was about 1.8 speed gaps of 195 to 196, and
197aspd + instand cast server is really hard to play a pvp mode with normal attack way, its not really balance.. but 198 can play almost any tactic in pvp/gvg.. as far as i saw from some server i play | |
