the point of croud here is you have all the requirements but the numbers on how many should it make should be "USER DEFINE"

cuz of many talkings in the normal NPC's making dye's is such a "BORING"...

i just want to suggest here is to make it easy to make the quest of DYE's instead of 1 quest per 1 item what if it would be countable?

hmm.. may i cut in??... hmm well i think the GMs should not create an NPC wherein you can buy all the DYEs u want.... coz.. the Quest wont be a challenge anymore right!??.. that is that the quest is for, if you want it, then you should get it.. whatever it takes right... if you dont know the recipes in making a DYE.. you can always refer to Ratemyserver.net
