Why its change the requirements for the Water Spirit...

From 10 katar of frozen icicle its up to 7036 its true.. amf

and another 995 null.. wew..

but the other spirit no change only the Water Spirit..weew

i know this co'z i always create a Water Spirit...

plss.. need a Response for this..
