Yo dude...let me guess,u using portable HD to keep ur psro folder right? or maybe pendrive?
u lose dll file for RO each time u keep changing pc to play RO. Try my suggestion,get new OS. some old OS cant detect "jumping" RO dll file. If u still wanna play with this old OS,try re-installing RO in ur pc. i have the same problems like u be4,but after change my OS to XP SP 2,im just......WOOOOOOOOOOOOO~~ while playing psro..

extract it in your RO folder
then

install psro installer v4

then patch

lol...it got worst..nothing happens

It says [the aplication is failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found.Re-instaling the application may fix this problem]
I trioed reinstall but failed...T^T..HELP me A.S.A.P
