Step One. Search A Picture want you to be your emblem.
Step Two. Paste It in your Paint.
Step Three. Ctrl+W then Put a number in horizontal and verital.
Step Four. Ctrl+E then check if ok you need to make it 24x24.
Step Five. Save the Picture 24x24 in PSRO Emblem Folder.
Make Sure the type of picture is Bitmap.
