here you can:
use storage
Use G storage
Change JOB,Swap Job,stat\skill reset
Refine,repair,broadcast message

The warper

Here you can:
Warp to guild castle,Guild dungeon,Fields,dungeons,Quest area,vending area, and Mall of Asia(mall)

The WOE info:


you can check WoE time

The stylist:


Here you can change ur clothes color,hair color and hair style

The Baby Job master:


you can change to a Cute Baby LOL xD


The Private MVP room:


here you can hunt MVP cards , ETC. if u have PSRO pass

The Ultimate PVP warper:


Here you can warp to pvp arena theres 2 room:
1 for adult and 1 for baby LOLz

The PVP ladder NPC:


Here you can check the Top 30 player in pvp,your character pvp stats(kills and death)

The Breaker Ladder NPC:


Here you can check the top 10 emp breaker and your Emp break points which u can trade with some price

The Emperium


Here you can test your emp breaking speed ^_^ and the person who owns the record and the fastest breaker

The psRO coin trader NPC:


Here you can get some powerful wing if u have alot of money ^_^

The vote4coin NPC:


Here you can get your rewards after you vote ^_^

The vote4suit NPC:


Here you can get some cute Suits after you have enought voting points lets say u are a ninja and u want to look like a Paladin u can get the suit here LOL

The Security System NPC:


Here you can set your account security so u wont be hacked Warning!!: never forget your password after you activate it or else your dead /wah

The +10 refiner NPC:


here you can refine any of your items to plus 10 by giving him a refine ticket(obtainable tru donations)

The Events NPC:


This one is the Event NPC they will only come out when its their time to come out when they become visible you can enter, By The Way some NPC require a lvl 1 novice to enter....so make one ^_^
