dont tell any server here.. and that server is not bankcrupt.. they are bias!

maybe there should be more PVP exchange items so that player will really hesitate to get some coins and the PSRO would not become boring just like the WatchyRo which was shutDOWNed because of bancrupcy...........This is not for my own sake BUT for the sake of the PSRO............

thats why it was in lower headgear so it will not be so imba~
the wings is the resistance to demi.. so if theres a resistance and theres a lex..you cant kill asap the one who is wearing necktie~

How i wish that necktie would be placed in the mid-headGear to substitute the Byakugan instead of the Evo wings,,,,,,
Necktie Would become useless if this implememtation would not be IMPLEMENTED.......
